After the beginning of the game, when you play as Gandalf and you are in the war for Helms Deep, at the end of the video clip after that showing Gandalf, Legolas, Gimili, Aragorn, and the other leaders of the good guys on their horses looking towards mordor, right after that clip it goes to a black screen and then this error pops up. This is it word for word. 'And error has occured and RoTK cannot continue. Code C0000005 at 004801F9. The Lord of the Rings(tm); Return of the King(tm) will now exit.' Does anyone know whats wrong?

My system specs are AMD Athlon 1.2ghz processor, ATI Radeon 9700 Pro All In Wonder, 512mb of ram, and one 40gb and one 10gb harddrive.
